Spy Baby 'Show Us Your Spy Baby' Competition
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Spy Baby Pty Ltd (ABN 26
691 167 245)
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on June 25th and closes at 11:59 PM AEST
on July 26th. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
• The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Spy Baby Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must own a Spy Baby baby car monitor product to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Eligible entrants may enter as follows:
Entry Method 1 (Instagram):
• Film a video (Reel) featuring a Spy Baby monitor in use.
• Post the Reel to a public Instagram account.
• Request a collaboration (Collab) with the official Spy Baby Instagram account @spybabystore
• This constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.
Entry Method 2 (TikTok):
• Post the same or a separate video featuring a Spy Baby monitor to a public TikTok account.
• Tag @spybaby.com.au in the TikTok post.
• This constitutes one (1) additional entry into the draw (maximum of two entries per
person across both platforms).
Each entrant may submit a maximum of two (2) entries in total: one via Instagram and one via TikTok. Multiple submissions on the same platform will not count as additional entries.
5. Prize
• There is one (1) prize of a $450 Baby Bunting gift card ('Prize').
• The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize
of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received by
the Closing Date.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
• The draw will be conducted using a randomised selection method to ensure each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
7. Winner Notification
• The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform through which their winning entry was submitted, within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of
notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an
alternative winner.
• The winner's first name and suburb may be published on the Spy Baby Instagram account.
8. Privacy
• By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting their
personal information for the purpose of administering this competition.
• The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
• Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to administer the competition (including delivery of the Prize).
9. Intellectual Property
• By submitting an entry, entrants grant Spy Baby Pty Ltd a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and share the
submitted video content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but
not limited to social media posts.
• Entrants confirm that submitted content is their own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
10. General Conditions
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent
entries, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of this competition is final and
no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Baby Bunting.
• Australian Consumer Law applies. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory rights entrants may have under applicable Australian law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
