At Spy Baby, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our returns process is simple, fair, and designed with parents in mind.
All returns and refunds are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring you can shop with confidence.
Change of Mind Returns:
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@spybaby.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty. These include:
- Feeding or personal care products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Any product that has been used or installed
Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
How to Start a Return:
- Email info@spybaby.com.au with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation and mailing instructions.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or credit within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our Commitment Under Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
