We currently deliver Australia-wide only.

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days to most metro areas.

Order Tracking:

Delivery Information:
- All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Spy Baby is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Couriers may require a signature upon delivery unless you authorise “Authority to Leave” at checkout. If authorised, Spy Baby cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
Delays or Missing Deliveries:
While we always aim for fast delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to courier issues or peak periods. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate with the courier promptly.
International Shipping:
We are currently not offering international shipping. Spy Baby products are available within Australia only at this time.
